body
I let my legs carry me
And my eyes see freely
My ears pick up vibrations
Of harmonious oscillations
And my skin, my skin feels the air
And a multitude of others there
But reach out, my arms don't dare
My mouth struggles with what to say,
my nose anticipates dismay
Yet with a simple "hey".
My legs, observing so astute,
They carry me to solitude.
And my eyes see freely
My ears pick up vibrations
Of harmonious oscillations
And my skin, my skin feels the air
And a multitude of others there
But reach out, my arms don't dare
My mouth struggles with what to say,
my nose anticipates dismay
Yet with a simple "hey".
My legs, observing so astute,
They carry me to solitude.
